In this satsang, Ma enlightens us how the Sattva Guna is indispensable for a seeker of Liberation.
Normally our minds are entangled in so many desires. This fostering of desires makes the mind constricted and restless. Instead, if we drop all desires, then the mind becomes expansive and begins to shine with its own purity. This purity of mind is itself Self Realization or Liberation.
Ma tells us that we should love Purity and this purity has to be cultivated by and through all our day to day actions and interactions. If we sincerely love purity, then instead of allowing the interactions to agitate our mind, we will automatically strive to channelize them as a means to purify our mind. Ma assures us - if we love purity, it will become ours!
Mā's Satsang is entitled 'Towards Eternal Peace and Happiness' based on Bhagavad Gita, Vivekachudamani, Yoga Vasistha Ramayanam and Bhagavatam | | Live Global Satsang with Spiritual Masters on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday at 8 pm IST/ 10:30 am EDT/ 10:30 pm MST
