What are Upanishads? Swamiji deals with this subject with his characteristic clarity and precision. His insightful presentation makes one grasp that Upanishads are records of the discoveries of the great Rishis of Yore who have simply recorded the Truth that they had Realized.

In this talk, we are also given a glimpse of how this experiential knowledge is presented in Mundakopanishad, Kenopanishad and Svetashvatara Upanishad.
Swamiji does a detailed analysis of the Shanti Mantra of this Upanishad (Saha naavavatu…). The Mantra is chanted before every Upanishadic session to create a conducive environment for the communication of this rare and ancient Knowledge.
