We often wonder if it is possible to remain completely established in Atmic Dimension while interacting with the world. Swami Nirviseshananda Tirtha tells us that it is indeed possible by realizing that all ‘vrittis’ (manifestations) are simply writings in the Consciousness - there is no material difference.

Swamiji reveals the secret of spiritual sadhana to us – “Perceive all the differences as a ‘svagata bheda’ of Atma. This seeing of Atma everywhere is the real Sadhana to be pursued”. Swamiji further enlightens us by stating that ‘āvṛttacakṣuh’ is not exactly meditation, but a shifting of focus from the perceived world to the ‘I’, the perceiver. The happiness derived internally from the Self in meditation, is obtained in an interminable measure by identifying with the Atma (universal consciousness). As we continue to get enriched by Swamiji’s Satsangs, let us make a resolution to follow his guidance earnestly.
