The Brahman or consciousness transcends space, time and causality, yet it is the substratum on which the whole world phenomena appears. The entire range of subtle and gross objects is nothing but consciousness alone. The wise see it as their own identity - That which reveals itself as well as everything else.

Swamiji explains how Brahman by its own supreme power manifests effortlessly as this vast creation. By Realizing the supreme truth that the entire play of creation is but a lila of God, one becomes free of all torments.
