1. Offering of flowers at the holy feet of Poojya Swamiji.

2. Reading of slokas from the Bhagavad Gita.

3. Listening to a tape recording of Swamiji’s Morning talks at the Ashram (10 minutes).

4. Collective Meditation (15 minutes).

5. Reading a passage from the book ‘Prabhata Rasmih’ followed by about 20 minutes of discussion on the message therein. (The focus is on how do we relate Swamiji’s teachings to our daily life).

Group discussion based on Poojya Swamiji’s messages in “Words That Illumine: book - I & book – II” and "Divinizing Every Moment". During these sessions we try to analyze and understand deeply the practical import of the messages and reflect on our own progress and imperfections.

A topic is taken from Swamiji’s writings for discussion. Participants collectively read and discuss the topic in small groups of 8 – 10. Any doubts that are raised in the groups are consolidated and put forward to Swamiji for clarification during the tele-satsang.
